The Brief: Having sat vacant for a number of years, the owner needed to get the premises ready to let once more. Situated in Rathcoole, it features four floors of expansive office space and a large warehouse complete with loading docks. It also boasts an impressive number of supporting facilities such as kitchens, toilets and showers.

Our clean up, redecoration and refit made it attractive to potential tenants, while still leaving them the room to make it their own.
